Caravan		Lodge
2 bedroom caravan with double room with en-suite WC and sink, and twin bedroom situated on West View Caravan Park. Gas central heating and double glazing. The caravan is well equipped with TV/DVD, iPod docking station, gas fire, microwave etc. All bedding and towels are provided. The caravan has a large decking area to the front with seating and a secluded patio to the side with lighting and separate furniture. This caravan is ideal for the breath-taking panoramic views of the Lakeland hills. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom, main bathroom with whirlpool bath and large overhead shower. A large fitted kitchen/dinning area. The Lounge has two settees one which makes into a double bed. Out side there are two seating areas, to enjoy the peaceful views of the surrounding countryside. For the more energetic, bring your walking boots and/or mountain bikes and you can have many a mile of exploring.

We are ideally situated for the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales. We are 5 miles from the lovely market town of Kirkby Lonsdale and the famous “Devils Bridge” and “Ruskin’s View”, you could spend a day looking around this old market town, with lovely walks and a choice of pubs and cafes to enjoy a relaxing lunch, also there are some lovely shops to tempt you.

The larger market town of Kendal is 5 miles away, in the opposite direction, famous for the “Kendal Mint Cake”, which will keep you going on your hikes!

As we are only 5 minute drive from junction 36 of the M6 we are central for a holiday exploring the Lakes and Dales without having to run with the crowds.

Many of our visitors return year after year, some coming 2 or 3 times a year, as every season brings something new to see.

Watching the sun set in the West is one of the special treats at West View, Morecambe Bay is a silver path that leads the eye to the setting sun, a very magic moment.
